Welcome to the 2023 Maverick Classic Beer Festival! Join the Colorado Mesa University Cycling Team and 12 local breweries for an afternoon full of fun! The Beer Festival will take place on Colorado Ave between 4th & 5th Streets. While enjoying some of the best local beers, ciders, and food trucks, you will be up close to the action and watch the racers cross the start and finish lines. $20 will get you unlimited pours (as supplies last) and 100% of the proceeds will go to the CMU Cycling team (who just happened to be National Champions in 2021& 2022)! The price will increase to $25 on the day of the event.

The Beer Festival kicks off at 1:00pm but the cycling starts at 11:00am. The fast paced 1 mile course around Downtown GJ will be a thrill to watch for all ages. Retail vendor displays, various local merchants, food trucks, and music will also be open and set up. It's the perfect opportunity to support local shops and show your love for Grand Junction!
