VENDOR INFORMATION
The Rides & Vibes Mountain Bike Race & Music Festival is finally here! As we get ready for the event, here is some key information.
This is all the important information to share with you and your team regarding our vendor expo. Please see below for the following:

Friday, May 9
Vendor Load-In: 10:00am-12:00pm (see specific block load-in instructions below)
Vendor Expo: 1:00pm-5:00pm
**May stay open as late as 10:00pm**
​10:00am - Vendor check-in and set up begins. Must check in with Delaney or GJSC staff member to get your exact spot!
12:00pm - Vendor check-in ends. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT AREA UNTIL CLEAN UP ON SATURDAY.
1:00pm - Vendor expo opens
5:00pm - Vendor expo closes (Vendors are required to stay open 1:00pm-5:00pm, but can stay open later if desired)
5:00pm - 8:00pm - Crit Races
10:00pm - Event area closes, ALL vendors must close​​​
Saturday, May 10
Vendor Expo: 11:00am-5:00pm
**May open as early as 7:30am and stay open as late as 10:00pm**​
7:30am - Mountain bike races start on Main Street
11:00am - Vendor expo opens (Vendors are allowed to open as early as 7:30am when bike races start)
5:00pm - Vendor expo closes (Vendors are required to stay open 11:00am-5:00pm, but can stay open until 10:00pm if desired) Please check out with Delaney or a GJSC staff member if you are leaving at this point. NO cars allowed in event area.
10:00pm - Event area closes, ALL vendors must close and begin packing up. Please do NOT pull cars into the area until 10:30pm
10:30pm - Cars allowed in event area
1:00am - Roads Open

Specific block load-in instructions
*4th & 5th Streets will be blocked with stages, please follow the instructions below for move-in
*Roads will already be closed during the time you enter the area, so please replace any cones you need to enter the event area. Please just drop your booth materials/unhitch your trailer, go back your vehicle outside of the event area, and come back to set up your booth.

300 Block (shown in red on map) - Enter via 3rd Street
South side of Main on 4th (shown in blue on map) - Enter via the wrong way on 4th Street and pull into your spot
400 block (shown in yellow on map) - Enter via the wrong way on 5th Street
500 block (shown in green on map) - Enter via 6th Street
**may stay open as late as 10:00pm**

Downtown Grand Junction - 300-600 Blocks on Main Street
Please note: The event is held outside. Come prepared for inclement weather. ​​​​​

Vendor Expo Check In
Please review the email you have been sent to confirm which block you will be in. When you arrive on-site, please let a staff member know that you are unloading as a vendor/sponsor and they will give you your exact spot for the event. There will be staff at the venue to get you into the parking lot and direct you to your booth space. Please unload then park your car in outside the event area (recommended lot is the public lot on Colorado Ave) and return to the venue to finish setup.
Vendor Parking
After unloading, please park your vehicle outside of the event area. Vehicles will not be allowed back in until after 10:30pm on Saturday, May 10. Recommended parking is the public lot on Colorado Ave.

Sandbags/tent weights! All tents must be weighted down properly. It does get windy in Grand Junction. (There is no staking at the event, as it takes place on concrete.) *required

Extra Notes

If you require electricity (food vendors), please bring your own extension cords and make sure to check in for a staff member to help you pull into your correct spots and help hook up to electrical.

No water hookups are provided on site

There will be overnight security hired for the event, so feel free to leave as much or as little on the street Friday night. We do ask that you lower your tents overnight in case any wind comes up.

Outside alcohol is NOT permitted at this event.
