Medical help is located on course, please see the map below to reference where they will be. the main event medical will be located on 5th & Colorado in front of naked bike works at the medical tent.

Shift 1: 10:30am-3:00pm

Please meet at the blue GJSC tent in the beer fest parking lot at 450 Colorado Ave

You will check in and get a safety vest and flag, then you will walk to your location

Races will start at 11am, so this gives you time to walk to where you need to be

The second shift will relieve you between 2:30-3:00pm, please give them your vest and flag and show them what to do
-
Do not leave until the next volunteer has come to relieve you

Shift 2: 2:30pm-7:00pm

Please meet at the blue GJSC tent in the beer fest parking lot at 450 Colorado Ave

You will check in and be sent the location you have signed up for

You will relieve the person that is already in your spot that will show you what to do and give you their vest and flag

Do not leave until all races have finished at 7:00pm

Please be aware that roads will reopen at 7:00pm

Please take your flag and safety vest back to the GJSC parking lot and return it to a GJSC staff member

Keep yourself, athletes, and spectators safe by giving early and clear instructions/warnings.

4TH ANNUAL MAVERICK CLASSIC BEER FESTIVAL information
Welcome back to the 2025 Maverick Classic Beer Fest! Join the defending National Champion CMU Cycling Team and several breweries from Colorado's western slope for an afternoon full of beer & bikes!

The Beer Fest will open to the public at 2:00 PM with last call at 6:00 PM.​​

Ticket sales end at 5:00 PM. Beer Fest will conclude at 7:00 PM.

Everyone is welcome inside the Beer Fest area, only those who have purchased a wristband will be served.​ Leashed, and well-behaved dogs are encouraged.

Tickets include unlimited 4-5oz samples of any beer or cider at the festival. (While supplies last)

​Tickets are $30 from now until March 15th.

Tickets increase to $40 after March 15th.

Online ticket sales end at 10pm on Thursday, March 27th. Tickets will be available at the door for $40, cash or card.

​Food trucks are not included with your Beer Fest ticket.

Parking is available in the public parking garage at 5th and Rood Ave.

Additional parking is available off of 7th and Colorado Ave.​

Street parking will be available outside of the crit course boundaries.

No outside food or drinks are permitted in the Beer Fest area. Water is allowed.

Retail vendor displays, various local merchants, food trucks, and music will also be onsite.
